Inspired by last years Mexican affair we welcomed in 2011 Chinese style.

With genuine Chinese food being prepared and the house kitted out with appropriately themed red and gold decorations, including a 12ft dragon, we donned our carefully selected outfits.

A variety of stereotypical Chinese poses were adopted throughout the night.

The food featured a range of Chinese foods including dumplings and the brilliantly hot wasabi peas.

 

Dancing featured so heavily this year that it couldn't be contained in the house, spilling out into and down the street.

Our own in-house fire-eater entertained us with his "dazzling" routine, well at least he did until his sparklers ran out.

Big Ben announcing it was now 2011 was our queue for the Annual mumbling of the words to Auld Lang Syne.
