If you are ever thinking of booking a holiday with Park Resorts, let us save you the bother.

Don't!

We did and 5 minutes after arriving, we wanted to go home!  Poor accommodation, in places down right dangerous, shocking facilities, no one on site with any interest in helping and one very misleading website.

Sadly our late arrival meant it was too late to arrange an alternative.  We were trapped!

But rescued by Tracie's iPhone we found a number of other holiday sites nearby and the next morning, taking a chance and getting there before it opened, Kev drove the hour to the one we considered most promising.

And got lucky!!

Nice caravan

Nice caravan

They had a rather nice caravan available and one booking later had secured our place at Haven Holidays Kiln Park in Tenby.

That did mean Kev had to drive all the way back the Kidwelly to pick up Tracie, Leah and her friend Becky, who had come with us.  But that did give him chance to tell Park Resorts what he thought of them again before driving all the way back again to Kiln Park.

One of three pools we could use, this one was heated

So, one day later than planned our holiday was underway.  Kiln Park turned out to have even better facilities to the ones we thought where at Kidwelly.  So we spent much of our first day there pottering around the site.

Before heading back to the caravan so Leah and Becky could do their best to look like Peaches from Ice Age.
